Sandra Strathie
Training and Development Professional
Sandra Strathie established The Glen Strathie Partnership with the aim of providing high quality training and development. Sandra is known for her thought provoking training on a range of subjects. Sandra has extensive experience in Leadership and Management training and in developing assessment skills training.
She is highly regarded as a mentor to those developing their own training and development projects.
Sandra is working with others to develop opportunities for young people, parents and carers to have access to high quality accredited training and mentoring, and to support them to develop their own training projects. She has worked in collaboration with health, social work, psychology and education and has undertaken several large projects with voluntary organisations and local authorities. Sandra is planning to develop opportunities for young people and parent/carers to have access to high quality accredited training and mentoring. Sandra is a co-author of 'Video Enhanced Reflective Practice' and 'Supporting Vulnerable Families to Change through VIG'.*
Calum Strathie
Training and Development Professional
Calum Strathie's experience was gained as Youth Worker, a Family Support Centre Manager and Learning and Workforce Development Officer. He is an experienced supervisor/trainer in Video Interaction Guidance and Video Enhanced Reflective Practice. Calum has created many development and training programmes to develop and enhance the skills of the workforce. Calum has extensive experience in therapeutic work with families and is a co-author of 'Supporting Vulnerable Families to Change through VIG' as well as contributing to two other chapters in Video Interaction Guidance. *
